The top of the South Island of New Zealand is a wonderland for fishing and diving. We can head straight out of Port Nelson to where the fishing action is - and we know the best places! Trips include morning and afternoon tea.
We are geared up to meet your fishing requirements: we carry all the latest electronics for locating fish, plus tackle and bait. We provide half-day adventures to Delaware Bay and Croisilles Harbour in the Marlborough Sounds. Blue Cod, Groper and Snapper are the most common species to chase.
We offer a unique package deal staying overnight at the Wilderness Lodge on D'Urville Island. Fish two days, targeting Groper in the Cook Strait and Stephens Island and stay in this special part of the world.
We can organise accommodation for passengers wishing to stay overnight at any of the remote destinations.
There is plenty of scope for the keen diver and a choice of different destinations; Tasman Bay, D'Urville Island, Abel Tasman and Glenduon Marine Reserves plus the outer Sounds. You decide!
We can accommodate 10 divers and 20 bottles per trip. Our boat features a large dive platform. After diving, peel out of your wet suit and straight into a hot shower and be warm and comfortable for an enjoyable trip back to the harbour.
The season for dredging for scallops is July to February. Combine your diving skills with catching your dinner or just sit back and enjoy the spectacle of others doing the work for you.
